Is Microfiber Leather Real Leather?

Microfiber leather is essentially a kind of artificial leather. It is the fibrous structure of the base imitating real leather. It is the best artificial leather. The surface is modified by the method of leather. The texture is very similar to the real leather, and the feel is a bit biased. Hard, it is difficult for outsiders to distinguish whether it is dermis or regenerated skin. It has extremely excellent wear resistance, excellent cold resistance, breathability, and aging resistance. The price of the product is similar to that of leather, and it is also breathable, and has better tensile resistance, wear resistance and environmental performance than leather.
At the same time, it smells fresh, feels comfortable, and has more and more color choices. The quality is better than that of many domestic two-layer leathers. Most sports and leisure brands (Nike, Adidas, Anta, 361, etc.) in the market use microfiber leather.
Why choose microfiber leather? The surface layer of the microfiber leather is composed of a polyurethane layer that is similar to the grain layer of natural dermis. The base layer is made of microfiber non-woven fabric. Its structure is very similar to the mesh layer of natural leather. Therefore, the microfiber leather is similar to natural leather. Have very similar structure and performance. Compared with natural leather, microfiber leather has the following characteristics:
- The fastness is comparable to that of natural leather. Normal temperature bending reaches 200,000 times without cracks and low temperature (-20℃) bending 30,000 times without cracks (good temperature resistance and mechanical properties).

- High strength and peeling strength (high abrasion resistance, tearing force and tensile strength.

The appearance effect of microfiber leather is most like real leather. Its thickness uniformity, tear strength, color vividness and leather surface utilization are better than natural leather, and it has become the development direction of contemporary synthetic leather. If the surface of the microfiber leather is dirty, it can be scrubbed with high-grade gasoline or clean water, and must not be scrubbed with other organic solvents or alkaline substances to prevent quality damage. Microfiber leather usage conditions: no more than 25 minutes at a heat setting temperature of 100°C, no more than 10 minutes at 120°C, and no more than 5 minutes at 130°C.
