The leather seat is a seat made of natural animal leather or Couro Sintético. Manufacturers will use leather seats to improve the interior grade of the vehicle. Leather resources are increasingly limited, prices are relatively expensive, and production costs are very high, which restricts the application of leather in car seats to a certain extent, so artificial leather came into being as a substitute for leather.
Artificial Leather Car Seat Materials
The artificial leather is mainly 3 types: PVC artificial leather, PU synthetic leather and Couro de microfibra. Compared with the two, microfiber leather is superior to PCV artificial leather and PU synthetic leather in many aspects such as flame retardancy, respirabilidade, high and low temperature performance, and environmental protection. Microfiber leather is the most frequently used material in automotive interiors due to its uniqueness.
