Can synthetic nubuck get wet?

Synthetic nubuck, like genuine nubuck, is water-resistant but not completely waterproof. It can handle light exposure to water or moisture, but soaking or heavy rain may cause the material to become damaged or discolored. It’s best to avoid prolonged exposure to water and promptly dry the material if it gets wet.
